Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates from B.Sc in Textile background will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment and Coordination with cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, maintenance, store, IE, Merchant, HR & Planning team for the smooth operation of production.
∎ Manage & Direct activities congenial to ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within a given time frame.
∎ Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirements.
∎ Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Good knowledge of Patterns and markers, technically problem-solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ Achieve an optimum level of productivity by maintaining the AQL required by the buyer.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning and meet the customer’s delivery.
∎ Monitor, control, and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects).
∎ Follow set up SOP operational policy and procedures such as Needle, Label, Healthy & Safety, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communications skills in both Bengali & English.
∎ Candidates must have experience in the Woven Based industry will get preference.
∎ Deep knowledge of production management.
∎ Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
∎ Possess technical knowledge and be adapt at all phases of the manufacturing process.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
