Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ ACA/ ACMA/ CFA Qualified is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible to undertake managerial and supervisory tasks related to financial management.
∎ Supervision and submission of monthly and yearly financial statements (Balance sheet, Cash flow statement, Income statement, Share holders security).
∎ Supervision of monthly, yearly A/R position & A/P Position .
∎ Supervision of daily collection statement & plan accordingly.
∎ Supervision of yearly master budget (Production, Sales, Purchase).
∎ Supervision all banking transaction independently.
∎ Break Even Point (BEP) analysis, price costing, L/C costing.
∎ Supervising and control internal audit team and set plan accordingly.
∎ Dealt with trade receivable management, payable management & fund management.
∎ Supervision of company TAX accounts and coordinates with TAX & VAT department.
∎ Supervision of project proposal (Financial portion) as and when required.
∎ Check and verify all books of accounts of the company.
∎ Dealt with daily fund management.
∎ Effective flagging of business issues based on financial analysis.
∎ Executing day to day financial activities.
∎ Supervising ground costing of all import and report to management.
∎ Supervising overall company VAT matters and deal with authority independently.
∎ Handling external Audit (Govt. & Private) for TAX accounts and other issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
∎ Demonstrated financial/business analysis/cost control skills.
∎ Highly motivated, self-starter, values oriented and able to represent ASF as required.
∎ Good command on MS office and recognized accounting software.
