Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel, Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop internal Audit plan, policies, programs & SOP in consultation with department head and ensure implementation across the group accordingly to confirm proper compliance
∎ Identify & classify different types of risk such as operational, financial & systematic risk and plan the risk mitigation activities
∎ Ensure that company’s policies and procedures are prepared in accordance with the appropriate laws, rules and good organizational practices
∎ Plan and conduct audit to assess internal control in operation, analyze existing controls and recommends controlling in specific organization systems.
∎ Develop policies for the best internal control system of the organization and contribute to the effective cost saving program of the organization
∎ Carry out special audits from time to time as directed by the management
∎ Determine as to whether Companies resources (personnel, property, funds, assets etc.) are being utilized in an economical and efficient manner, including the underlying causes of any inefficiencies or wasteful practices
∎ Prepare Internal Audit Reports on the results of completed reviews, discuss and inform to the Management as deemed appropriate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Leadership, Interpersonal, Analytical & Report Writing skill
∎ Must have strong command over written and verbal communication in English.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Package
