Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
∎ Leading the financial planning and budgeting process to align with the organization's strategic goals.
∎ Analyzing financial performance, variances, and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
∎ Developing financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and resource allocation.
∎ Oversee the entire accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, the general ledger, and financial reporting.
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance.
∎ Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
∎ Drive process improvements in financial operations, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices, incorporating relevant changes into the company's financial processes.
∎ Budget Oversight:
∎ Monitoring budget performance, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
∎ Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
∎ Risk Management:
∎ Assessing financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as currency exchange rate risks or commodity price fluctuations.
∎ Implementing internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard financial assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ Managing and leading a team of finance professionals, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
∎ Financial Systems and Tools:
∎ Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, software, and tools to support accurate reporting and analysis.
∎ Stakeholder Communication:
∎ Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior executives, to provide financial insights and facilitate informed decision-making.
∎ Interacting with external stakeholders, such as auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
∎ Continuous Improvement:
∎ Identifying opportunities for process improvements in financial and costing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Ethical Standards:
∎ Upholding ethical standards in financial practices and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including courage and dealing with ambiguity.
∎ Strong report writing skills.

∎ Experience in using data analytics tools and techniques is preferred.
