Educational Requirements:
∎ B.com.(Hon's), M.Com/MBA(Finance/Accounting) from any reputed university with ACA/ACMA/FCMA/FCA will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To liaise and negotiate with bank and financial institution to arrange funding to meet the over all fund requirements.
∎ To monitor banking activities of the organization and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ To lead the overall financial management including cost management, budget and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goods.
∎ Check all kinds of bills vouchers & records such as cash book, ledger book, accounts, payroll etc.
∎ Comparison of budgeted BOQ with actual material consumption in line with the work progress monitoring report.
∎ To liaise with DSE, CSE, BB, SEC and Ministries.
∎ Sound knowledge in commercial, VAT, custom and bond.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in English both writing and speaking.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to deal with top management.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Yearly increment, mobile allowance, two festival bonus and as per company policy.
