Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study cement industry, stakeholders’ behavior-need-want to formulate appropriate engagement campaign ideas to establish strong relationship with dealer, retailer, engineer, contractor, mason and customers.
∎ Develop annual activity calendar & manage stakeholders’ engagement campaigns in line with annual Brand Marketing budget.
∎ Analyze industry trend and monitor competitors’ activity to plan effective stakeholders’ meet programs, gift campaigns, etc.
∎ Design & execute innovative loyalty programs, tour campaigns, target-based schemes, etc. for stakeholders.
∎ Propose new innovative ideas to offer under Stakeholders’ Privilege Club to enhance their satisfaction in order to ensure long-term relationship with company.
∎ Plan various skill development projects for stakeholders; specially for people working for dealers/retailers, engineers, contractors/masons, etc.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional departments to plan and execute stakeholders’ engagement activities properly.
∎ Collaborate with internal Research team to study satisfaction level of stakeholders on meet programs, gifts, loyalty campaigns, tour, scheme, etc. and take corrective steps wherever necessary.
∎ Develop monthly Stakeholders Engagement report for top management covering activity summary, impact & engagement result, current trend of cement industry, competitors’ activity, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Knowledge of SAP use will be treated as added advantage
