IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing large IT solution projects to ensure the on-time projects implications and smooth project handover maintaining the desired service and product gravity.
∎ To prepare and monitor sales funnel and lead the downward team to achieve targets and monitor their activities to achieve required goals.
∎ Have to work with cross-functional teams to achieve business target from financial industries and other corporate customers to ensure transactional business along with enterprise solution businesses as per company portfolio.
∎ Achieve sales quota according to Management given target.
∎ Should have valid business funnel for quarterly/half yearly/yearly target fulfillment.
∎ Track record of enterprise sales pitching capacity to ensure enterprise business through scratch level of opportunities.
∎ To maintain a good PR with companies, government officials, regulatory bodies etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ MBA is preferred.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
∎ Problem solving capacity.
∎ Proven strong rapport with CIO/CXO/KDM of targeted account.
∎ Need to proof as consultant to target customer for smooth business.
∎ Should have capacity to identify the business opportunities from day one.
∎ Highly focused on trending domain business with solid knowledge of industry transformation.
∎ Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
∎ Technical academic background is highly encouraged to apply.
