Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's degree in business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting from any reputed University.
∎ Education qualification may have relaxed for elite and experienced candidate in fisheries sector.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational Task:
∎ Responsible and maintain the total Project Operation and report to Managing Director and Head Office.
∎ To guide the Finance & Accounts team of project relating to financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Ensure to proper entry in accounting payroll by Accounts Dept.
∎ Have best knowledge about recruitment and maintain all staff required to fulfill the production and Project Operation according to the Company rules and regulations.
∎ Provide day to day production report to M.D. & Head office.
∎ Produce cost-effective and quality product according to the demand of the customers and management.
∎ Develop new product in every month.
∎ Meet the deadline of the order and deliver products on time obviously maintaining the quality.
∎ Check Hygiene environment of the total Project and also all staff.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.
∎ Knowledge about to ensure and maintain inventory management system kept by store dept.
∎ Slow moving and non-moving inventory shall be identifying, control and report to take appropriate action.
∎ Safe keeping of all regulatory related documents and files.
∎ To perform your responsibilities impartially and honestly.
∎ Planning and executing warehouse manner and delivery assurance issue and Co-ordinate among Store, Commercial, Purchase & Procurement, Accounts, Production, Audit and other related Departments.
∎ Analyze data to anticipate future needs, evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
∎ Processing warehouse relevant reports (Material Requisition Report, Receiving Record, Material Movement Record, Material Stock Report etc.) and prepare Monthly Physical Inventory Audit report.
∎ Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
∎ Operational tasks include deployment, monitoring & supervision of security personnel in his areas.
∎ Ensure personal discipline/bearing of Supervisors and Security Guards.
∎ Sales & Marketing Task:
∎ To ensure proper sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, of cost within the given time frame.
∎ To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of export & import activities.
∎ Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities.
∎ To ensure that the existing clients are retained through excellent customer service and product quality, while new ones are being developed
∎ Maintaining / updating all materials purchase as per actual requirement.
∎ Checking of all bill for processing and forwarding for approval.
∎ HR & Admin Task:
∎ Responsible for managing overall activities to contribute to maximum business growth.
∎ Administering company policies and disciplines.
∎ Maintain & preserve hard & soft copies of all documents concerned.
∎ Ensure to Pay utility bills and renewing company documents on time.
∎ Team management, supervising and controlling of all related works of entry Department.
∎ Sourcing and recruiting people to fill-up vacancies time to time with the help of Head Office.
∎ Supervise day to day activities of all staff and collect every day work feedback from all staff.
∎ To ensure all department are functioning regularly & smoothly.
∎ Organize and participate staff meeting/training.
∎ Safe keeping of all Official Documents relating to Govt. bodies.
∎ Maintain project discipline of cleanliness according to 5S.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Good English Communication skills.
∎ Excellent customer management skills (foreign and local).
∎ Logistics Management.
∎ Development of operational activities.
∎ Good Customer Service.
∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing and should have strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Sound expertise in E-Communication.
∎ Sound knowledge about all types of operational tools.
∎ Positive attitude to visit clients as and when required.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
