Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the auditing plans according to the identified risks and risk-contingents to resolve.
∎ Review all financial records, reports, systems and control process of the Group.
∎ Review the existing operational flows and business activities to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Prepare comprehensive Audit findings report and place recommendations for implementation.
∎ Contribute to the design and development of Management Audit tools, process and system.
∎ Identifying and assessing risks that could affect the achievement of organizational objectives and recommending measures to mitigate those risks.
∎ Building and leading an internal audit team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
∎ Ensuring that the organization is compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and that internal audit processes address these compliance requirements.
∎ Establishing and maintaining a quality assurance and improvement program to ensure the effectiveness of the internal audit function.
∎ Leveraging technology and data analytics tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit process.
∎ Collaborating with other departments.
∎ Developing an annual internal audit plan based on a comprehensive risk assessment to address key areas of concern and provide assurance on the organization's risk management processes.
