Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in Accounting from any reputed university.
∎ ACCA/ CMA/ACA/CA-CC/ CA partly qualified will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Group of Companies., IGW, ISP, Power Generation, Telecommunication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely Daily, Monthly and Yearly report.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for daily transactions.
∎ Supervision of all over work of Account Department.
∎ Liaison with Foreign Carrier regarding Invoice, Collection, Settlement etc.
∎ Liaison with IOF member and ensure the Collection and Payment of all types of Revenue Sharing and RSP on time.
∎ Liaison with Bank and Financial Institutions.
∎ Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
∎ Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Preparation of statutory Audit Report.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect to Income tax and VAT.
∎ Liaison and maintain all tax-related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain tax benefits.
∎ Liaison and correspond with internal tax team, leadership team, partner organization and other internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure timely filing of cases inappropriate tribunal/court through following relevant VAT Act & Customs Act in case of dispute raised regarding VAT calculation & unsolved in the lower level of VAT authority.
∎ Ensure timely deposit of VAT to the VAT Current A/C of all business units through proper treasury challan & establish control mechanism across the group so that no surprise arises in course of time.
∎ Ensure all plant petty cash transaction align with budget.
∎ Ensure all inventory control & reconciliation periodically.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be experienced in Managerial position for at least (05) years in Accounts department in a group of companies;
∎ Technology savvy and Knowledge of Computer based accounting & Tally software.
∎ Good communication and coordination ability, coordinate, and communicate with various departments.
∎ Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to control & guidance of accounts & Finance departments.
