∎ Issuing unlimited legal notices to the opponent party of "Citymead Real Estate and Development Ltd" according to the requirements of Citymead Real Estate and Development Ltd. (CRDL)
∎ General Diary (GD), Registration as an where require, Case filing against opponent of CRDL, Obtaining bail from judicial department in case any associate of CRDL face the unwanted situation.
∎ Attending office meeting at Citymead Real Estate and Development Ltd. as an when legal advice required verbally or in writing.
∎ Outsourcing laywer for the service, which we are providing without any charges.
∎ Issuance of unlimited legal notices regarding plot cancellation, irregular file notices, handover notices, registration notices and so and so forth.
∎ Issuance of legal notices regarding official purpose.
∎ Meet and greet with relevant police station as an when required.
∎ Filing for CP, CMP
∎ Obtaining writ petition from High Court, Supreme Court and Appel Division.
∎ Obtaining bail petition from supreme court for citymead official in case needed.
∎ All relevant financial charges will be settled on a case-to-case basis.
