Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS), preferably with MPH (Masters in Public Health) or related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Save the Children invites applications for the above mentioned position for Strengthening National Midwifery Program (SNMP). This program will focus to enhance provision of equitable and high quality sexual, reproductive health and rights (SRHR) care to women at targeted areas, particularly in host communities of Cox`s Bazar. Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ Contract length: Contractual up to December, 2019

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of working experience with proven experience in implementation of public health programs of which 3 years in managerial position.
∎ Demonstrated experience in partnership program with Government, UN agency, development partners
∎ Advanced knowledge of public health programming, specifically in areas of SRMNH.
∎ Better understanding on national health strategies/programs are desirable.
∎ Working experience on community mobilization related to SRMNH program will be an advantage.
∎ Capacity to coordinate and collaborate effectively with different level of stakeholders
∎ Excellent communication and team/staff management skills
∎ Adequate skills on reporting, documentation and presentation in English
