Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Science/English/Public Administration/Development Studies or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years specific experiences in GoB ministries related to governance, advocacy and other relevant issues.
∎ Candidates having experience at least at Deputy Secretary level in the Government set up
∎ Should have willingness to work in NGO environment under lien or similar approach.
∎ Candidates having working experience in advocacy, food security, nutrition, social protection and poverty will be an advantage
∎ Detailed knowledge and experiences working with GoB sectors, policies and administration structure in Bangladesh are expected.
∎ The incumbent must have a decent understanding about recent GoB five-year plan, HPNSDP, NPAN-02, CIP-02, NSS and national strategies.
∎ Excellent skills on rapport building, networking and relationship building.
∎ Good understanding of child rights, governance and advocacy
∎ Proficiency in standard office software
∎ A willingness to travel to Sylhet, Maulvibazar (30-40%)
