Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel students on admission requirements, programs, and study opportunities in Australia.
Guide applicants through the complete admission process, including application forms, document preparation, and timely submission.
Assess and verify academic transcripts, English test scores, and financial documents in line with Australian university and visa requirements.
Provide clear and accurate information on tuition fees, scholarships, course options, and intake deadlines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian student visa policies, admission guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Prepare students for the Genuine Student (GS) Interview and ensure they meet all criteria set by Australian institutions and the Department of Home Affairs.
Ensure all student applications, files, and records are properly documented, organized, and maintained.
Handle student queries promptly and resolve issues related to admission or visa processing with professionalism.
Stay updated with policy changes from the Australian Department of Home Affairs and partner universities/colleges.
