Responsibilities & Context:
- Counsel students on admission requirements, programs, and study opportunities in Australia.
- Guide applicants through the complete admission process, including application forms, document preparation, and timely submission.
- Assess and verify academic transcripts, English test scores, and financial documents in line with Australian university and visa requirements.
- Provide clear and accurate information on tuition fees, scholarships, course options, and intake deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian student visa policies, admission guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare students for the Genuine Student (GS) Interview and ensure they meet all criteria set by Australian institutions and the Department of Home Affairs.
- Ensure all student applications, files, and records are properly documented, organized, and maintained.
- Handle student queries promptly and resolve issues related to admission or visa processing with professionalism.
- Stay updated with policy changes from the Australian Department of Home Affairs and partner universities/colleges.
