Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Support Manager & Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing support chats to provide timely and effective assistance to our customers. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating eye-catching and engaging social media posts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
