Experience:
Enrolment Management: Lead the student recruitment process, from initial inquiry to final registration, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents.
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a professional front-office environment.
Operational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support for school operations, including scheduling meetings, managing school calendars, and coordinating internal communications.
Campus Tours & Events: Organize and lead personalized campus tours and assist in the planning of open houses, orientation sessions, and other marketing initiatives.
Admissions Processing: Manage and maintain student application files and databases, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and handled with strict confidentiality.
Communication: Maintain professional and proactive communication with families via email, phone, and in-person meetings to provide timely updates on application status.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Academic Coordinator and Director of Administration to align enrollment goals with academic capacity and operational logistics.
Policy Compliance: Champion and enforce institutional policies, specifically regarding Data Protection and student admissions standards.
Digital Tools & Record Keeping: Lead the implementation of digital admission and administrative tools to streamline applicant tracking and general school record management.
Procurement Support: Assist in coordinating with vendors and managing office inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Health & Safety Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for daily campus safety observations and report maintenance requirements to the facilities team.
Staff Coordination Support: Assist in tracking staff attendance, coordinating internal meeting schedules, and supporting on-boarding documentation.
Event Logistical Support: Provide operational and logistical support for school-wide events, staff professional development days, and parent-teacher meetings.
