Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Administrative & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, accounting tasks, procurement, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking across departments — including communication with suppliers, clients, and government offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ledger books, petty cash, and all financial records.
  • Handle banking tasks: cheque deposits, withdrawals, and online transfers.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and support audit activities.
  • Ensure timely bill payments and vendor settlements.
  • Oversee daily office operations, staff coordination, and scheduling.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate necessary purchases.
  • Maintain cleanliness, security, and functional efficiency in the workplace.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Source office supplies, utilities, and service vendors as needed.
  • Evaluate quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries politely and professionally.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Government Liaison:

  • Visit banks, city corporations, utility offices, and other relevant government agencies for official tasks.
  • Handle document submissions, follow-ups, and compliance matters.
