Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Open and close the office premises daily.
∎ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office.
∎ Carry files and documents within and outside the office as needed.
∎ Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
∎ Assist in photocopying, binding, and other clerical tasks.
∎ Handle outdoor errands such as going to the post office, bank, or other official places.
∎ Support administrative staff as required.
∎
∎ Requirements:
∎ Minimum education: SSC or equivalent (flexible for experienced candidates).
∎ Physically fit, honest, punctual, and hardworking.
∎ Basic knowledge of office etiquette.
∎ Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
∎ Working Hours:
∎ Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (May vary based on company policy)
