Responsibilities & Context:

Gulshan Club Limited is looking for an Admin Manager who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions within the organization. Reporting directly to the Club Secretary, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of the club.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising and overseeing the work of administrative staff, including hiring, training, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment, encourage teamwork, and promote a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, including managing facilities, and equipment, and coordinating administrative support services.
  • Implementing organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing efficient workflows to optimize productivity.
  • Serving as a liaison between different departments, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
  • Developing and managing budgets for administrative functions, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Contributing to strategic planning initiatives by providing administrative support and insights to help achieve organizational goals.
  • Addressing administrative issues and challenges as they arise, finding solutions and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Overseeing administrative projects from inception to completion, including planning, organizing resources, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices in administration, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and expertise.
