Experience:

• Higher Secondary

• HSC or equivalent

• Training in Tourism & Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service is preferred.

• At least 2 years

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Smart, well-groomed, and well-mannered.

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service.

• Experience in a club, hotel, or fine dining setup is preferred.

• Freshers with relevant training are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

• Take and manage telephone and in-person food and beverage orders accurately, presenting menu items clearly, and relay them promptly to the kitchen.

• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and temperature.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth service.

• Handle member complaints and requests politely and promptly.

• Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and service standards as per Club policy.
