∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3 yrs, Garments Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduation. Minimum 3 years' experience in the General HR & Compliance, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR & Compliance Administration, Training & Development, Performance & Career Management.
∎ Properly maintain factory recruitment policy and recruit workers & staffs as per requirement. Carryout manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Estimate, Justify, verify and finalize the workers as per the need of various department. Prepare and managing workers and staffs personal files.
∎ Assist in job evaluation process & prepare job description for all workers and staffs. Fixing appropriate position and compensation as per job grade and prepare monthly salary sheet.
∎ Assist to developing HR policy and procedures with company objectives and philosophy and ensure their implementation and administration.
∎ To issue letters to the concerned worker in respect of disciplinary matters.
∎ Determining and seek individual training requirement through TNA and coordinate all type of training.
∎ Ensure that all administrative functions are running according to the prevalent factory laws of the country.
∎ Supervise daily compliance work and establish the factory code of conduct according to Buyer requirements.
∎ Have to promote healthy labour management practices.
∎ To look if there is any misunderstanding between the Workers-Workers, Workers-Supervisors, Supervisors-Supervisors, etc. Should intervene immediately and brief the same to the notice to Manager Admin & HR.
∎ To over sure & ensure that all the compliance issues are being maintained in the floor continuously.
∎ Compliant and tidy house keeping to be ensured by them everyday, special attention to be given to the toilets to keep it bad smell free and completely dry & clean.
∎ Maintain discipline and keep good working environment in the factory.
∎ Complete any others task that assign your superior time to time.
∎ Follow up & implementation of post audit recommendations.
∎ Conduct internal audit & do necessary for the corrective actions on daily basis.
∎ Assist to all types of Buyer's/ Social & Environmental Compliance Audit & organize the factory.
∎ Develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees.
∎ Properly maintain & monitoring all documentation, such as; Fire Drill Register, Needle Register, Accident-Incident Register, Leave Register, Maternity Leave Register, Pregnant workers follow-up Report and any kinds of all Meeting, Awareness & Training Register's etc.
∎ Update all papers according to buyer's requirement.
∎ Ensure healthy, hygienic and safe workplace.
∎ Arrange various awarenes & training for the workers on their legal required benefits, rights, company policy-procedure & compliance related all issues.
∎ Ensuring factory's all Emergency Fire alarm, Emergency lights, Exit/Emergency, PA system, Fog lights and Emergency Fire safety & Hygienic issues with IPS Backup.
∎ To be ensure factory's Child care facilities (Child care room, Child toys, Mother Meeting Register, Equipment's List Register, Child Nominee List, Food Distribution for all Childs, Child Labor Remedial Policy& facilities and child care room decoration regarding compliance rules).
∎ Maintaining and follow up all kinds of licenses and certificates along with necessary legal documents.
∎ Prepare audit CAP Report independently & day to day audit follow-up.
∎ Complete any others task that assign your superior time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): HR & Compliance in RMG section.
