Job Context:
∎ Samaj Kallayan O Unnayan Shangstha (SKUS) envisions a peaceful, prosperous and poverty-free society that ensures everyone`s basic needs and rights. SKUS has since the 2017 Rohingya refugee influx worked in Cox`s Bazar district with children and adolescents. SKUS works to provide access to learning opportunities in a safe and protective environment, offer quality teaching/learning and increase refugee/host community participation and engagement in children`s education. Based on children`s and adolescents` rights, SKUS has established quality learning and protection centres with support from different international donors, including UN agencies. SKUS has been implementing a project named Scale-up of Early Learning and Informal Basic Education Program for Rohingya Children aged 3-14 years in Bangladesh with the support of UNICEF. SKUS is looking for a suitable candidate for the immediate appointment of Technical Coordination for the project mentioned above supported by UNICEF.
∎ Purpose of the job
∎ Under the guidance of the Administrator and support of Finance and Accounts Office, the Admin and Logistic Officer is responsible to maintain all types of registers like Attendance, Leave, Letter Issue, Log Book, Stock register of the project and Assist the administrator and project team in all events like staff recruitment, staff training, orientation, meeting, procurement, vehicle management , stock management, asset management, contract management,

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides day-to-day management support to the Administrative Department
∎ Assists office operations within the Administrative Department, including management of all office premises, travel and logistical arrangement, procurement.
∎ Assist the admin, HR and project team in all events like staff recruitment, staff training, orientation, meeting, procurement, vehicle management, stock management,
∎ Assist and support of administrator to the submission of all documents required by relevant government officials (DC, UNO, RRRC, and CiC) for project operation in Rohingya emergency response.
∎ Ensure all office equipment is in working order
∎ Collects and ensures the necessary information and documentation in order to prepare the purchase (Quotation Request, Technical specifications, samples ) Prepare submits bills and vouchers.
∎ Maintain property inventory list and ensures physical inventories are undertaken as required by the Administrative Department.
∎ Liaise with the other responsible departments to address issues related to personnel management and administration.
∎ Track receipt of timesheets from staff, prepare for monthly salary calculation and follow up as necessary
∎ Assist in implementing the best procurement procedures at the base to maximizes efficiency and value for money;
∎ Maintain all types of registers like Attendance, Leave, Letter Issue, Log Book, Stock register.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Duration of the contract: up to February 2022 (possibility of extension )
∎ Experience
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in HR & Admin section .
∎ At least have 1-year working experience in emergency response program and 2 years in development sectors.
∎ Relevant working experience in admin and logistic is mandatory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the areas of procurement, purchase, supply chain management, equipment, inventory & maintenance management, transport management.
∎ Responsibilities

∎ The Admin & Logistic Officer is based at SKUS's project office located at Ukhiya of Cox's Bazar.
∎ She/he will spend approximately 20% of his/her time in the field.
∎ She/he may have contact with dissatisfied or abusive individuals.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
