Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for both project and office activities.
∎ Maintain daily vouchers and update ledger accounts for project and office transactions.
∎ Monitor and manage cash equivalents and bank balances for project and office operations.
∎ Calculating and processing employee salaries, tax deductions, and ensuring timely disbursement of payments.
∎ Preparing and submitting VAT returns, maintaining VAT-related documentation and staying updated on changes in VAT regulations.
∎ Process banking works daily.
∎ Prepare and send bills to clients, ensuring timely payment collection.
∎ Purchase and manage logistics support.
∎ Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable, Update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
∎ Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
∎ Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and attendance tracking.
∎ Prepare and organize the necessary company documents for auditing and provide them to the audit officer.
∎ Any other tasks as per need or assigned by the management
∎ Job Context: We are seeking a qualified Admin & Accounts Officer to manage financial reporting, compliance, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate accounting, adhere to regulations, and oversee HR and administrative tasks to support organizational efficiency and growth.
∎ Key Responsibilities for Admin and Accounts Officer:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Contract duration: 12 months (First 3 months probationary, with high possibility of extension).
∎ Contract period: March 2025 to February 2026.
∎ Notice period: 2 months (Both employee & employer).
∎ Salary: 15,000-25,000 (Basic 50%)
∎ Salary Increment: 30% of basic salary after 1 year During occasional field visit: All expenses will be covered by office.
∎ Before 1 year 2 Eid Salami, After 1 year 2 Eid Bonus (Basic 100%).
∎ Casual Leave: Yearly 10 days; Sick Leave: Yearly 14 days; Annual Leave: Per 18 working days (After 1 year).
∎ Office Day: Saturday to Thursday.Holiday: According to BD Govt. policy.Office hours: 9 am to 5 pm.
∎ Contract duration: 12 months (First 3 months probationary, with high possibility of extension).
