Experience:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle day-to-day office administration activities
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation
• Manage attendance, leave records, and staff coordination
• Assist management with administrative support
• Maintain accounts records, vouchers, and bills
• Handle petty cash, expenses, and daily accounts entry
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up
• Ensure proper filing of financial and administrative documents
• Assist in audit and compliance-related tasks
• Any other duties assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in admin and accounts (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Good command of MS Excel, Word, and office software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
