Additional Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative role (freshers with internship experience may also apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and documentation
- Must have good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity
- Familiarity with software like Tally or QuickBooks is a plus
Responsibilities & Context: Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain daily income and expense records
- Prepare and manage cash flow statements, invoices, and bills
- Keep digital and physical records of all transactions
- Monitor bank accounts, mobile banking transactions, and petty cash
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries
- Track client payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Manage vendor payments and service-related expenses
Admin & Operations:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative support
- Maintain documentation, filing, and internal records
- Purchase office supplies and manage office inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Support HR-related tasks like attendance tracking, leave records, etc.
- Handle internal communication and assist in office maintenance activities
- Coordinate with courier, delivery, and service vendors when needed
