Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 33 years
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative role (freshers with internship experience may also apply)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and documentation
  • Must have good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity
  • Familiarity with software like Tally or QuickBooks is a plus


Responsibilities & Context:

Accounts & Finance:

  • Maintain daily income and expense records
  • Prepare and manage cash flow statements, invoices, and bills
  • Keep digital and physical records of all transactions
  • Monitor bank accounts, mobile banking transactions, and petty cash
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries
  • Track client payments and follow up on outstanding dues
  • Manage vendor payments and service-related expenses

Admin & Operations:

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative support
  • Maintain documentation, filing, and internal records
  • Purchase office supplies and manage office inventory
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Support HR-related tasks like attendance tracking, leave records, etc.
  • Handle internal communication and assist in office maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with courier, delivery, and service vendors when needed
