• Age 22 to 35 years

• Minimum Education: HSC or above
• Experience in digital marketing or agency communication preferred
• Must know Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet Browsing
• Must be able to write and respond to emails professionally
• Good command in Bengali and English (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and client handling skills
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and manage time effectively

Job Responsibilities & Context

As a Sales & Service Executive, you will act as the bridge between our clients and creative team. Your main responsibility is to ensure seamless communication, effective client servicing, and support business growth through timely follow-up and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, messaging apps, and in-person meetings.
• Attend physical meetings with clients and internal teams when necessary.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to client inquiries, leads, and project coordination.
• Prepare and send professional proposals, quotations, reports, and invoices using MS Word/PDF.
• Support campaign planning by assisting with document preparation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth delivery of services by closely coordinating with the design, marketing, and content teams.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and project progress.
• Respond to client queries on social media, email, or direct communication channels.
• Provide after-sales support and client relationship management to build trust and retention.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, social media trends, and client needs.
