• Good morality with fair mentality, natural human being & well command of Spoken and Written English.

• Candidates having preference defense (Specially from BD Army) background, who completed engineering course & having with minimum 5 years civil job experience.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual with expertise in the field of factory / Plant various technical, General Administrative Operation, training etc. The individual will also make sure and oversee continuous security team operation & Factory maintenance. Additionally have to oversee the overall factory general affaires, safety, security, protection, Fraud and Vigilance of the entity with takeover the responsibility with GM-Admin of the Plant.

• Conduct physical security assessment (PSA) and operational risk assessment (OSA) with with partial/overall administrative & general affairs.

• Offer risk rating of factory, region & location and recommend countermeasures to ensure security of people, assets and processes in regular consultations with Management.

• Liaise with local Govt. authorities with respect of the factory general & administrative affairs & security concerns and issues within the region.

• Make sure the regular interval visit the whole factory compound or premises.

• Prepare Security budget of the entity. Plan and manage monthly, quarterly & annual budgets for the security equipment.

• Ensure expenditure is as per the factory requirements & optimal utilization of resources thus ensuring cost effectiveness.

• Integrate security procedures to ensure qualitative, cost effective & value added security services.

• Introduce cost savings initiative in terms of security management.

• Ensure all critical service levels are met & contractual obligations complied to, with deviations reported through incident report framework.

• Conduct detailed investigation of any offenses & submit report for the same to the Management, Business Unit Head, HR Head.

• Collaborate in implementing Management policies and data protection laws in business.

• Assist Management in Operations and HR Head in corporate governance for the plant or factory.

• Coordinate with the factory Projects and Operations Team for any new rollout to provide inputs required with respect to any related requirements.

• Ensure compliance of the plant various policies and procedures applicable to the role.

• Responsible for the deployment and performance of security personnel.

• Ensure smooth functioning of plant or factory operations such as administration monitoring.

• Conduct regular safety drills & ensure communication of necessary safety measures to all factory employees.

• Conduct awareness training among all employees, contractors and vendors within the given region.

• Ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment. Periodic reports to Head Office, Management & HR Head of the Company.
