- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

Skills Required: Accounting and Taxations,Cost and profit analysis,Foreign Exchange,Lc and Bank related functions,Time Management
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Have to work with ERP software-based accounting system.
- Have to work in Tally Software.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Petty cash related activities (Providing IOU/Advance and adjustment process. Payment of petty expenses bills).
- Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.) Ledger reconciliations and report time to time to Management.
- Monthly salary disbursement.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports are submitted to Management.
- Documents prepare for custom audit.
- Develop and monitor accounts & financial operation, reporting, and internal control system.
- All kind of banking works.
- Export-Import related customs work.
- Reviewing and updating financial policies & procedures, ensure proper implementation & function of performing documents.
- Build up a better relation & correspondence with buyers, bankers, C & F agent and others.
- Any other task, which is assign by management.
