Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ *Maintain and prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger and different register related to finance and accounts.
∎ *Maintaining and Entering bank related transactions.
∎ *Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash and bank book maintenance.
∎ *Strong and proficient in use of MS office and working experience in accounting software environment.
∎ *Strong and proficient in use of Excel.
∎ *Manage accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
∎ *Prepare, review, organize and handle all documents ,reports and statement for management.
∎ *Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
∎ *Distribute monthly reports to the organization.
∎ *Candidates must have to Expertise in Excel.
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ *Graduate/Masters in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance & Banking Experience.
