Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Daily Cash & Bank Transaction
∎ 2. TDS Calculation and Deposited to Govt Exchequer
∎ 3. Preparing monthly cash flow estimation
∎ 4. Bank Reconciliation
∎ 5. Preparing Payroll for the employees
∎ 6. Liaison with Bank and other authorities as needed
∎ 7. Tax deduction and Vat deduction as per Finance act
∎ 8. Assisting Audit Inspection
∎ 9. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 50 years

TOA CORPORATION set up a Branch office in Bangladesh by taking permission from BIDA on 14 November 2019.
TOA CORPORATION, Bangladesh Office is currently undertaking 03 (Three) projects,
(i) The project called “Procurement of Land Development Works for Bangladesh Special Economic Zone Development under Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Project”. The branch was appointed by Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) to develop land in Narayanganj’s Araihazar to set up a dedicated industrial park for Japanese investors. The project is jointly financed by the Government of Bangladesh and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
(ii) The project called “Construction and control service of BHL factory expansion project referred as (Step-2)". The branch was appointed by Bangladesh Honda Private Limited (BHL) to implement the project.
(iii) The project called “Construction of RCC Boundary Wall at Japanese Economic Zone at Araihazar, Narayanganj, Bangladesh”. The branch was appointed by Singer Bangladesh Limited to implement the project.
