∎ Preparation of annual budget
∎ Store management of office stationeries & also responsible for office beautification.
∎ Supervision of all office assistant and cleaner.
∎ Prepare salary attendance
∎ Maintaining of accounts statements
∎ Maintaining of personnel files of staff members
∎ Ensure office maintenance security and house keeping.
