Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform day to day accounts activities and maintain all daily accounting record.
- Must ensure on time preparation & submission of actual receipt and payment statement to superior
- Maintain accounts-related documents such as Cheque register, Stock register, Salary, Fixed assets register, Advance register, Responsible for day to day company financial and accounts operations
- Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
- Maintain Materials Stocks Registers Maintain cashbook and ledger.
- To maintain petty cash and keep up to date records. Maintain debit and credit vouchers.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
