∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus).
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting regulations (GAAP), proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks), and advanced MS Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
∎ Experience with budget preparation, financial analysis, and reporting.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

∎ Familiarity with financial forecasting and modeling.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
∎ Ensure the company complies with all tax regulations, including timely preparation and submission of tax returns.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
∎ Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
∎ Monitor cash flow to ensure that funds are available to meet operational and capital requirements.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support for professional development.
∎ Work closely with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and aligned with company goals.
∎ Suggest improvements to accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) financial reports to the Management.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.
