Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership qualities with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to lead a team with professionalism, creativity, and strategic insight.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Gtation is a new and ambitious Digital Marketing Agency committed to helping brands grow through creativity, strategy, and performance. We’re looking for a smart, motivated, and result-oriented Manager to lead our agency toward growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Branding, Paid Ads, etc.).
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
- Collaborate with the creative, media, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create business plans, business proposals, presentations and marketing materials to attract new clients.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales & marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
- Represent the agency in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure the company becomes profitable and maintains steady sales growth.
