• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Trading or Export/Import, Consulting Firms, Restaurant, Travel Agent, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Minimum 2–3 years of Full-Time & relevant job experience.

• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Experience with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar).

• Knowledge of motion design principles, typography, and storytelling.

• Hands-on experience in video editing, compositing, and VFX.

• Experience in CGI Animation will be highly preferred.

• Ability to handle end-to-end projects independently.

• Excellent sense of color, composition, and visual aesthetics.

• Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing relevant work.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple projects.

• Good communication & teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design creative social media graphics, posters, and branding materials.

• Develop motion graphics, explainer videos, and animated ads.

• Create 3D models, textures, lighting, and animations for products, characters, or visuals.

• Edit promotional, corporate, and social media videos with smooth transitions, effects, and sound design.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to brainstorm and execute visual ideas.

• Ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand identity and project requirements.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

• Optimize content for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Web, etc.).

• Assist in developing creative strategies to enhance audience engagement..
