Responsibilities & Context: About:
Gtation is a new and ambitious Digital Marketing Agency committed to helping brands grow through creativity, strategy, and performance. We’re looking for a smart, motivated, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our agency toward growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in digital strategy and execution, specifically within the dynamic and competitive restaurant industry.
Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00PM (6 days in a week).
Responsibility:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing) to meet business goals for Gtation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Strategically manage the overall digital ecosystem for Gtation ensuring robust brand consistency, compelling content delivery, and optimized customer engagement across all digital platforms (including websites, social media channels, and third-party food delivery aggregators).
- Work closely with the operations team to successfully launch and promote new menu items, special offers, and seasonal events through targeted digital campaigns.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
