∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ CA-CC will be given Preference
∎ Experience in Construction companies will get high Preference
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Fluent in speaking English, Good command over Excel

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Income Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Context:
∎ Foreign based multinational company
∎ Project based Job
∎ Contract duration: 02 Years (Can be extended based on Performance)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts/registers, petty cash & bank transaction, received & payment statement.
∎ Monitor payments to vendors for goods and services timely & Maintain accounts receivable, payable.
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly) financial reports to the Management.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules and Ensure deduction of tax and VAT at source from the suppliers and service providers.
∎ Ensure monthly report on all miscellaneous loans, staff advances, and income tax deductions.
∎ Prepare reconciliation statement between VAT record and accounting record.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.
