Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree/MBA/CACC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all payment & receive related documents and maintain proper record management;
∎ Ensure both funded & non funded bank loan statement collection, checking and balance confirmation;
∎ Ensure bank vouchers document collection & record management i.e. LC Opening, acceptance commission;
∎ Ensure bank book entry & bank reconciliation statement;
∎ Closely work with payable section and support to adjust supplier advance;
∎ Ensure inter company balance reconciliation;
∎ Maintain secrecy of sensitive financial data by assisting team members and create database and maintenance accurately;
∎ Update and maintain bank loan ledger according to repayment schedule.
∎ Creating and processing invoices.
∎ Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
∎ Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Sending bills and invoices to clients.
∎ Tracking organization expenses.
∎ Processing refunds.
∎ Working with collection agencies on overdue payments.
∎ Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience:4-8 Years
∎ The candidates should have experience in Knit & Woven Garments.
Salary: Negotiable
