Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a full-time real estate accountant to join our expanding team! for Homepeace Properties ltd. The candidate will be responsible for keeping our financial records organized, including tracking accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring all the compliance regarding VAT and Tax of a limited company.
∎ Job Locationn Dhaka (Rampura Banasree)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and maintaining internal and external bills and vouchers
∎ Maintaining cash book and ledger book
∎ Prepare monthly receipt and payment reports
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly financial report
∎ Prepare monthly income statement
∎ Maintain all banking issues, bank reconciliation, bank loan and others as per company requirement
∎ Audit preparation of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Real Estate or Developer companies.
∎ Be honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.
∎ Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, suppliers to maximize performance and results.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning Company's financial, suppliers and employees information.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
∎ Time and stress management skills.
∎ Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
∎ Ability to communicate and build relationships with people at different levels.
∎ Fluent in English & Bangla typing.
∎ Sound Knowledge in M.S Office.
