Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ BBA/ MBA with major in Finance or Accounting from a reputed university with high academic grades all through.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Computer skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining financial records of various operating units and departments of the organization.
∎ Handling accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Checking company's invoices and payments match up correctly by cross-checking the original document to the company's record.
∎ Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
∎ Contacting various departments/units about transactions and invoices.
∎ Handling queries related to accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proven work experience as an Account Officer for two years.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounts related software.
∎ Solid analytical skills.
∎ Detail oriented.
∎ Strong inter-personal skills.
