∎ M.Com (Accounting), MBA (Finance & Accounting), CA (CC) will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kinds of bill and voucher and regularly
∎ Perform regularly Bank Reconciliation related work
∎ Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers accurately
∎ Maintain Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts
∎ Necessary Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded properly
∎ Cross check the payment with bills and ensure the nature of expense
∎ Maintain correspondence with Bank/corporate clients and agents
∎ Perform Petty cash voucher checking regularly
∎ Prepare financial statements weekly, quarterly, monthly and early
∎ Perform VAT and TAX related matters of the company
∎ Prepare record of FIXED Asset items of the company and update it from time to time
∎ Perform internal audit related matters and provide adequate support to implement standard practices to protect the company's interest and ensure the safeguarding of company assets
∎ Conduct on site visits and submit financial and non-financial audit reports based on audit observations
∎ Any kind of task assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills
∎ Must have good typing speed in Bengali and English
∎ Computer skills: MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point and Access) is must
∎ Candidates having working experiences in any modern private hospital/diagnostic center will be given preference.
