Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies business opportunities by prospects and scope of the marketing situation; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Formulate strategies to gear up sales & marketing program
∎ Sell the services by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers; resolving solutions of existing problems.
∎ Provide support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
∎ Identifies industry trends, market activities, and competitors' strategies to face all the upcoming challenges.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related development activities as needed.
∎ Researching the target market and finding potential clients/doctors/hospitals/diagnostic centers.
∎ Building a sales pipeline to ensure a continual stream of sales.
∎ Concentrate on monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the management.
∎ Develop new clients/corporate organizations, maintain existing clients/organization with optimum service.
∎ Manage, plan and schedule marketing activities to meet organization goal.
∎ Be updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs of the organization.
∎ Ensure effective analysis of market condition and prepare sales program based on the situation.
∎ Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives.
∎ Providing hands-on follow-up of all daily sales activities for the lab services/department wise
∎ Make plan, organize, allocate resource and execute quarterly marketing and promotion budget for client.
∎ Manage manpower and resources to the optimum efficiency.
∎ Any kind of task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills
∎ Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access) is must
∎ Candidates must have working experiences in any reputed pharmaceutical company and working experience in modern private hospital/Diagnostic Center/Molecular diagnostic center will be preferable.
