Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of Asst. Manager is to ensure overall client/doctor relationship and to gain their satisfaction.
∎ Develop new clients/corporate organizations, maintain existing clients/organization with optimum service.
∎ Guide patients/clients or consultants about our newly introduced test items.
∎ Guide the patients/clients regarding investigation, medication & test preparation.
∎ Manage, plan and schedule marketing activities to meet organization goal.
∎ Be updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs of the organization.
∎ Ensure effective analysis of market condition and prepare sales program based on the situation.
∎ To be persuasive for business acquisitions, planning and development.
∎ Responsible to effectively meet the monthly sales target.
∎ Managing client/doctor/corporate organization relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
∎ Meticulously implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans of molecular and other general tests.
∎ Maintain liaison with the medical associations, institutes and organization for better outcomes.
∎ Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives.
∎ Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ Providing hands-on follow-up of all daily sales activities for the lab services/department wise
∎ Taking full responsibility of core sales team
∎ Make plan, organize, allocate resource and execute quarterly marketing and promotion budget for client.
∎ Coordinate and conduct various programs, events and campaigns.
∎ Manage manpower and resources to the optimum efficiency.
∎ Any kind of task assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills
∎ Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access) is must
∎ Candidates must have working experiences in any reputed pharmaceuticals company and experience in any modern private hospital/Diagnostic Center/Molecular diagnostic center will be given preference
