∎ Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures in Garments/Dyeing Departments .
∎ Hands-on experience with accounting software.
∎ Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
∎ Should have relevant experience of 2-3 years in Printing & Dyeing Factory .

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be responsible to managing company’s accounting activities and maintaining the records.
∎ Handle accounting software in Excel sheet, ERP and Tally independently.
∎ Maintaining of Purchase & Sales register with all relevant formalities.
∎ Reviewing and approving expense reports .
∎ Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information.
∎ Bill checking and verifying (Supplier Bill and Party Payment).
∎ Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Reconciliation of the customer ledger regularly .
∎ Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
∎ Generating billing statements and reports • Analyze financial statements and budgeting
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
∎ Performing special tasks or analysis as assigned by management.
