Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's with Honors in Accounting/ Finance/ Management/ Marketing from any recognized university or MBA with BBA. Candidates must have 1st division/class/GPA-3.50 out of 5.00/CGPA-3.00 out of 4.00 in any two examinations and must have 2nd division/class/GPA-2.50 out of 5.00/CGPA-2.25 out of 4.00 all other examinations in their academic career.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 4 years practical experience in the relevant field in renowned organizations.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Candidates must have knowledge in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel etc.) & efficiency in Bengali typing.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhi), Welfare Fund and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
