Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping accounts and systems up to date using software.
∎ Update Invoice Register & Bills Register regularly.
∎ Check Bills & Invoices with quotations & purchase orders.
∎ Record transactions into Cash/Bank Book with proper Codes.
∎ Reconcile bank accounts monthly basis.
∎ Financial forecasting, Monitoring spending and budgets.
∎ Auditing and analyzing financial performance.
∎ Advising on cost minimizing and increasing profit.
∎ Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
∎ Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
∎ Help in annual audit completion.
∎ Follow financial systems and procedures.
∎ Keep & update Fixed Assets Register regularly.
∎ General office administration.
∎ Correspondence and contact with customers, suppliers & banks.
∎ Achieve Departmental yearly objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
