Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely, and in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ Provide strategic financial advice and support to the management team to help guide decision-making and maximize profits.
∎ Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
∎ Manage and monitor the budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
∎ Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
∎ Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
∎ Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
∎ At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including IFRS and local tax laws.
∎ Proven ability to manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
