Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain customer billing and accounting records in Excel/Software
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Inform customers about pending/billing issues through calls .
- Maintain office documents, receipts, and accounting files properly
- Resolve billing-related issues and follow up until solved
- Guide and supervise billing officers/collection staff properly
