Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain customer billing and accounting records
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Inform customers about pending/billing issues through calls or messages
Maintain office documents, receipts, and accounting files properly
Resolve billing-related issues and follow up until solved
Guide and supervise billing officers/collection staff properly
